Microsoft Visual Studio is an integrated development environment (IDE) from Microsoft. It is used to develop computer programs for Microsoft Windows, as well as web sites, web apps, web services and mobile apps. Visual Studio uses Microsoft software development platforms such as Windows API, Windows Forms, Windows Presentation Foundation, Windows Store and Microsoft Silverlight. It can produce both native code and managed code.

 Visual Studio includes a code editor supporting IntelliSense (the code completion component) as well as code refactoring. The integrated debugger works both as a source-level debugger and a machine-level debugger. Other built-in tools include a forms designer for building GUI applications, web designer, class designer, and database schema designer. It accepts plug-ins that enhance the functionality at almost every level—including adding support for source control systems (like Subversion) and adding new toolsets like editors and visual designers for domain-specific languages or toolsets for other aspects of the software development lifecycle (like the Team Foundation Server client: Team Explorer).

 System Requirements:

  CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor. Dual-core or better recommended
RAM: 2 GB; 4 GB recommended (2.5 GB minimum if running on a virtual machine)
HDD: 1GB to 40GB, depending on features installed
GPU: Video card that supports a minimum resolution of 720p (1280 by 720); Visual Studio will work best at a resolution of WXGA (1366 by 768) or higher

Windows 10 version 1507 or higher: Home, Professional, Education, and Enterprise (LTSB is not supported)
Windows Server 2016: Standard and Datacenter
Windows 8.1 (with Update 2919355): Basic, Professional, and Enterprise
Windows Server 2012 R2 (with Update 2919355): Essentials, Standard, Datacenter
Windows 7 SP1 (with latest Windows Updates): Home Premium, Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate

Installation guide 
 
This  version is a Standalone Installer. That is, all the installation packages needed are provided to you offline. It also integrates three versions of Pro, Enterprise and Community into one compact product. For this purpose:
1) Extract zip files with latest version of Winrar software.
2) Scroll to one of the folders you want. Folder names indicate the version you want. For example vs2017testpro is Test Pro version and vs2017ent is Enterprise version.
3) Make sure your internet is completely disconnected. Run the installation file (executable vs_setup.exe) and start installing the software.
4) When you need a serial number, use the serial number in the SN.txt file.

 
NOTE:

To register a serial number in the Professional or Enterprise versions you will need to log into the Help -> Register Product -> Unlock with a Product Key and install the Serial in the Serial.txt file after installation.

      download all and put all the parts in one folder,extract the first part the rest will automatically extract and run the setup to install.
