Cinema 4D is a 3D modeling, animation, motion graphic and rendering application developed by MAXON Computer GmbH in Germany. It is capable of procedural and polygonal/subd modeling, animating, lighting, texturing, rendering, and common features found in 3D modelling applications.

Cinema 4D R17 has got a very smooth and simple installation process and once it is done you are greeted with a professional looking interface which has got a very well organized layout. It is composed of the menu bar, several button and various different panes for displaying various different information and the object you are working on. With Cinema 4D R17 you can create characters, joints and skin. You can also use the brushes and masks. It also lets you simulate the cloths, particles and various different hair tools. You can add the frames and motion clips, pivot an object and can play, pause or stop the movie. All in all Cinema 4D R17 is an imposing application which will provide you with professional environment for bringing different types of animations to life ranging from short movies and scientific simulations.

    "Failed to open archive"
    Tried the daemon tools solution it didnt work for me aybe my version of daemon tools might not be the right one in solving the problem...

    Thats what i used first after extracting all parts of the file it was giving me that error when ever i try installing. after putting the serial numbers and the installation is supposed to start then it gives that error. There is no way to upload images here like i will send u a screen shot or screen record the entire issue.

    Please I have challenges with my installation. I downloaded all the 5 components and put them into one folder. Then I extracted the first part where it automatically extracted all the other parts. I started the "MAXON-Start" Installer in the extracted folder, followed all the proedures, but when it get to the installation, it gives me this error:

    Failed to open archive D:\Cinema 4D\Cinema 4D R17

      Windows 10 64-bit on Intel or AMD 64-bit CPU with SSE3 support

      macOS:
      macOS 10.12.6+ with 64-bit CPU running on Intel-based Apple Macintosh

      4 GB RAM (8 GB or more recommended), OpenGL graphics card supporting OpenGL 4.1 or newer (dedicated GPU recommended)

      The GPU renderer requires an NVIDIA or AMD graphics card on Windows or AMD on MacOS that supports OpenCL 1.2 or newer. Metal support requires macOS 10.14.6 or newer. We recommend at least 4 GB VRAM for GPU rendering.
