      there is a folder named SKIDROW when u extracted the files.copy the contents in that folder to the game folder.

    ac3lhd_32.exe –System Error
    the code execution cannot proceed because D£DCOMPILER_43.dll was not found .Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
    this appears whenever i try to open the game
